Meet The Team
Dr. Juan Ocampo
President
Dr. Juan Ocampo serves as President for AeroMatter. He has been involved in the field Holistic Structural Integrity Process (HOLSIP) with an emphasis on structural integrity for over ten years. He has been principal and co-principal investigator for grants from the National Science Foundation, the Federal Aviation Administration, the Air Force Research Laboratory, and the National Nuclear Security Agency. Ocampo also performed consulting activities for Pilatus Aircraft and TRI Austin.
Dr. Harry Millwater
Chief Technology Officer
Dr. Harry Millwater serves as Chief Technology Officer for AeroMatter. He has been involved in the field of probabilistic structural mechanics for over thirty years. He has been principal investigator for grants from the National Science Foundation, the Air Force Office of Scientific Research, the Air Force Research Laboratory, the Army Research Office, the Federal Aviation Administration, the Office of Naval Research, the Naval Air Systems Command, the Nuclear Regulatory Commission, the National Nuclear Security Agency, the Pacific National Northwest Laboratory, and others.
Dr. Nathan Crosby
Principal Engineer
Dr. Nathan Crosby is a senior engineer at AeroMatter with 13 years experience in consumer product development and testing and 7 years experience in developing engineering software. He received his doctorate in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Texas at San Antonio in 2021. His graduate work included development of machine learning and adaptive sampling algorithms applied to probabilistic damage tolerance analysis for the FAA sponsored Small Aircraft Risk Technology program. Dr. Crosby applies his experience at AeroMatter to developing software tools for complex engineering problems.
